This policy explains how Alunio Ltd (“Alunio”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, alunio.ai. It covers the contact form and the call booking calendar. It does not cover the Alunio application at app.alunio.ai, which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly.
- Contact form: your name, agency name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write.
- Booking a call: if you book through the calendar, the name, email address, and the time you choose are processed by Cal.com and shared with us.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, so we do not build a profile of you as you browse. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it and our lawful basis
We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange and hold a conversation about whether Alunio is a fit for your agency.
- Legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. Our interest in replying to potential partners does not override your rights, and you can object at any time.
- Steps prior to a contract (Art 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) — where your enquiry is about becoming a client, we process your data to take the steps you have asked for before any agreement is entered into.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) to operate the website, under contracts that require them to protect your data.

Where a provider is based outside the UK, the transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete or anonymise it within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, your data is kept for the life of that relationship and handled under the agreement we sign with you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where no overriding obligation applies;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date above. Please check back from time to time.
