Pricing
From £1,500 a month. One saved lateral pays for the year five times over.
There are two plans and a founding partner tier. There are no per deal fees or success fees, and no long contracts. The prices below, including the overage rate, are the whole cost.
Three seats, by application
Founding Partner
Forty five days free, on your own live deals.
Alunio runs on your live deals for forty five days at no cost. There is no setup fee, no card and nothing to migrate. Your negotiators stop searching inboxes to find out what has moved and start each day on the deal that needs them. If it finds a stall you had not caught, you move to Prime at £1,500 a month, fixed for twelve months, and the £2,500 setup fee is waived for good. If it does not, access ends on day forty five and you keep everything it found.
You can be live the same afternoon. Import your current book and every deal is scored as soon as you confirm. Your team keeps working the way they do now.
In return I ask for a named case study once there are results to show, a testimonial, one introduction to a peer principal, and thirty minutes of feedback a week. Prime moves to £2,000 a month once the three founding seats are filled.

The Math
One saved £6M lateral at 1.5 percent is £90,000 of commission. Against £18,000 of retainer for the year, that is five to one on a single save.
Five ordinary Kensington sales saved over the year get you to about the same place, roughly £95,000. In the worst case you save one ordinary sale and the year has paid for itself. The inner London fall through rate is 27%, which leaves a typical boutique with roughly £360,000 of commission exposed each year. I cannot promise you a saving, so the price is set against that exposure rather than against a promise.
Fall through rate: TwentyCi Property and Homemover Report, Q1 2026. Exposure: about 19 deals lost a year at £19,050 each, the commission on the Kensington and Chelsea average.
Three founding seats. When they are filled, the founding terms close.
